VR-19-02 Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Paul Ginsberg for a variance to Section 4.4.6.1 of the San Marcos Development Code in order to allow a parking space for an Accessory Dwelling Unit to be located within the first layer of the property at 323 W. Holland Street (W. Parrish) 7. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. 8. Adjourn.
