VR‐20‐01 Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Tyler Williams, on behalf of E&T Real Estate LLC, for a variance to Section 9.1.1.1. of the San Marcos Development Code requiring a 10‐foot primary street setback, in order to permit an existing carport with a three‐foot, five‐inch setback along Marlton Street, located at 1410 Marlton Street (S. Caldwell) 7. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. 8. Adjourn.
