Persons wishing to comment during the citizen comment period must submit their written comments to planninginfo@sanmarcos.gov no later than 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Timely submitted comments will be read aloud during the citizen comment portion of the meeting. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each. Any threatening, defamatory, or other similar comments prohibited by Chapter 2 of the San Marcos City Code will not be read. 5. Consider approval of the minutes of the ZBOA Regular Meeting of June 18, 2020. 6. VR-20-05 Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Robert Brown, on behalf of The Cottages at San Marcos for a variance to Section 6.1.3.3(a)(1) of the 2013 Land Development Code, in order to construct a chain link fence in lieu of approved materials, located at 1415 Craddock Avenue (M. Johnson) 7. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. 8. Adjourn.
