Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Chairperson’s Opening Remarks. 4. Citizen Comment Period. Persons wishing to comment during the citizen comment period must submit their written comments to planninginfo@sanmarcostx.gov no later than 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Timely submitted comments will be read aloud during the citizen comment portion of the meeting. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each. Any threatening, defamatory, or other similar comments prohibited by Chapter 2 of the San Marcos City Code will not be read. 5. Action Item: VR-21-03 (Amazon Sign Variance) Consider a request by Christina Cicack, on behalf of Amazon SAT6, for a variance to Article 10 of the Whisper PDD, in order to construct wall signage that exceeds 3 feet height. VR-21-04 (Encino Setback Variance) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Meredith Johnson, on behalf of Josie Mendoza for a variance to Section 4.4.1.3 of the San Marcos Development Code to authorize improvements to encroach two feet into the five-foot side setback at 320 Encino Street (W. Rugeley). 7. VR-21-05 (804 Burleson Street HPC Appeal) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Kristy Money for the appeal of the decision of the Historic Preservation Commission denying a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the addition of an approximately 180-square foot accessory structure, a storage shed, on the property.
