VR-23-04 (1200 Davis Lane) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Eckermann Engineering, Inc. on behalf of The McCoy Corporation for a variance to Section 7.2.6.2 of the San Marcos Land Development Code, which states that a wall or fence must not exceed 6 feet in height and 4 feet in height along primary frontage, in order to erect a new 8 foot tall fence. b. VR-23-05 (Historic Preservation Commission Appeal – 804 Burleson Street) Appeal of the decision of the Historic Preservation Commission to deny the construction of a two-story garage and Accessory Dwelling Unit.
