NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Zoning Variance The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in Open Session on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, and the City Council will meet in Open Session on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers to consider a Zoning Variance. Brown Street, San Saba, Texas, Legal Description Allison Sisters Subdivision, Lot 22, 0.21 Acre (75’x120’) size, currently zoned One-Family Residential Residence District (R-2).
