CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. MINUTES The minutes of the April 11, 2013, Regular Airport Advisory Board meeting are included in the agenda packets for the Board’s review and approval. ACTION: ____________________________________________________________ 4. SAND SPRINGS HOME AND ULLRICH AVIATION HANGAR/OFFICE UPDATE Staff and Board members will discuss the status of the Sand Springs Home and Ullrich Aviation Hangar/Office Facilities and any other information of interest. Items to be discussed: a) Update Sand Springs Home Hangar/Office Facility b) Update Ullrich Aviation Hangar/Office Facility ACTION: ____________________________________________________________ 5. ISR 1000 COMMITTEE REPORT Committee Chairman and Board members will discuss airport improvements, upcoming events and any activities including scheduled events of interest. Items to be discussed: a) Advertising and marketing for SSPA b) Schedule of events for SSPA  c) Renovations/improvements to airport terminal d) Governmental Affairs Report ACTION: __________________________________________________________ 6. ENGINEERS REPORT Staff will update Board members on any pending airport CIP projects of interest, FAA/OAC funding and current Runway Overlay Project. Items to be discussed: a) Update on Runway Overlay/Taxiway & Apron sealcoat project ACTION: ___________________________________________________________ 7. SAND SPRINGS-POGUE AIRPORT GROUND LEASE Staff and Board members will review ground lease and be prepared to discuss possible changes to portions of the lease. Items to be discussed: a) Review of SSPA ground lease and discuss changes/improvement. ACTION: ____________________________________________________________ 8. AIRPORT SUPERVISOR’S MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORT The Airport Supervisor will update Board members about upcoming events, activities, and general operations of the airport. Items to be discussed: a) Monthly Management Report. ACTION: ___________________________________________________________ 9.
