The Airport Advisory Board met in a regular session on Thursday, May 9, 2024 in the Airport Teminal
conference room at the Sand Springs -Pogue Aixport, pursuant to the agenda filed with the City Clerk' s office,
and posted at 11 :50 a.in. on May 6, 2024 on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand
Springs Municipal Building,100 East Broadway Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.

Dr. Campbell called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.in.
2. ROLLCALL
Dr. Campbell called for individual roll call with members replying in the following manner:
Dr. Campbell, here; Mr. Fleenor, here; Mr. Stephenson, no response; Mrs. Anderson, here, Mr.
Westcott; no response; Bill Wagner, here; Brad Smith, no response.

The minutes of the April 11, 2024 Regular Airport Advisory Board meeting were included in the agenda
packets for the Board's review and approval.
A motion was made by Mr. Fleenor and seconded by Mrs. Anderson that the minutes of the April 11,
2024 Airport Advisory be approved.
Dr. Campbell called for the vote recorded as follows:
Mr. Fleenor, aye; Dr. Campbell, aye; Mr. Stephensono no response; Mrs. Anderson, aye; Mr. Westcott,
no response, Mr. Wagner, al]stain; Brad Smith, no response.

Committee Chaiman updated the Board Members on airport improvements, upcoming events and any
other activities including scheduled events of interest to the Board Members.

5. ENGINEERS REPORT (A-B)
Staff and Board members will discuss any pending airport GIP projects of interest, Federal
Aviation and Administration (FAA)/Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics
(ODAA) funding.

A. Update Runway Lighting/Vvest Taxiway Crack Seal Project
8. Update on Design of Jet-A fuel system
C. update on any upcoming FAA/ODAA projects for the airport.
