Airport Terminal Conference Room Sand Springs-Pogue Airport 3200 Airport Road Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 MEMBERS PRESENT: Leia Anderson Bill Wagner, Secretary Dr. Tom Campbell, Vice Chaiman Robert Fleenor Brad Smith Rick Westcott Chairman Joe Stephenson ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Ken Madison, Airport Supervisor Mike Carter, City Manager Sunnie Smith, Recording Secretary The Airport Advisory Board met in a regular session on Thursday, June 13, 2024 in the Airport Terminal conference room at the Sand Springs -Pogue Aixport, pursuant to the agenda filed with the City Cleck's office, and posted at 11 :50 a.in. on June 10, 2024 on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063. I. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Westcott called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.in. 2. ROLL CALL hdr. Westcott called for individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dr. Campbell, here; Mr. Fleenor, here; M. Stephenson, here; Mrs. Anderson, here, Mr. Westcott; here; Bill Wagner, here; Brad Smith, here. 3.h- The minutes of the May 9, 2024 Regular Airport Advisory Board meeting were included in the agenda packets for the Board' s review and approval. -` A motion was made by Mr. Fleenor and seconded by Mrs. Anderson that the minutes of the May 9, 2024 Airport Advisory be approved. Mr. Westcott called for the vote recorded as follows:  M. Fleenor, aye; Dr. Campbell, aye; Mr. Stephenson, abstain; Mrs. Anderson, aye; Mr. Westcott, abstain, hdr. Wagner, aye; Brad Smith, aye. -4. ELECTION 0F AIRTORT ADVISORY BOARD OFFICERS Staff and Board members dected new Airport Advisory Board Officers for the Fiscal Year 2025 . A motion was made by hdr. Fleenor and seconded by hdrs. Anderson that the nominees be as follows: Chairman, Dr. Campbell; Vice Chaiman: hdr. Waggoner; Secretary, hdr. Fleenor. PROPOSED UPDATE/REVISION GROUND LEASE FOR SAND SPRINGS HOME HANGAR NORTHVVEST AVIATION DEVELOPMENT AREA Staff and Board members elected new Airport Advisory Board Officer for the Fiscal Year 2025.
