Airport Terminal Conference Room Sand Springs-Pogue Airport 3200 Airport Road Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 MEMBERS PRESENT: Dr. Tom canpbell, Chairman Bill Wagner, Vice-Chairman Robert Fleenor, Secretary Brad Smith Rick Westcott Joe Stephenson Leia Anderson ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Ken Madison, Airport Supervisor Sunnie Smith, Recording Secretary Mike Carter, City Manager Mike Palmer, Sand Springs Schools Aviation Department The Aixport Advisory Board met in a regular session on Thursday, October loth in the Airport Terminal conference room at the Sand Springs - Pogue Airport, pursuant to the agenda filed with the City Clerk' s office, and posted at 11 :50 a.in. on October 7, 2024 on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building,100 East Broadway Sand Springs, Oklalioma 74063. I. CALLTOORDER Dr. Campbell called the meeting to order at 5:29 p.in. 2. ROLL CAI.L Dr. Campbell called for individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dr. Campbell, here; Mr. Fleenor, here; Mr. Stephenson, here; Mrs. Anderson, here, Mr. Westcott; here; Bin Wagner, here; Brad Smith, here.. 3.h- The minutes of the September 12, 2024 Regular Airport Advisory Board meeting were included in the agenda packets for the Board' s review and approval. A motion was made by Mr. Fleenor and seconded by Mr. Westcott that the minutes of the September 12, 2024 Airport Advisory be approved. Dr. Campbell called for the vote recorded as follows:  Mr. Fleenor, aye; Dr. Campbell, aye; Mr. Stephenson, aye; Mrs. Anderson, al)stain; Mr. Westcott, abstain; M. Wagner, aye; Brad Smith, aye. ISR 1000 COMMITTEE REPORT Committee Chairman updated the Board Members on airport improvements, upcoming events and any other activities including scheduled events of interest to the Board Members. Discussion Item any. VETS THAT MATTER REOUEST TO HOST CHILLIN' & GRILLIN' BOO COMPETITION AND CAR SHOW The board and staff discussed hosting the BBQ competition and car show. Discussion Item any. ENGINEERs REroRT Committee Chairman updated the Board Members on airport improvements, upcoming events and any other activities including scheduled events of interest to the Board Members.
