MINUTES Sand Springs City Council Special Meeting Thursday, August 30, 2012 – 6:30 p.m. Case Community Center 1050 West Wekiwa Road Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 Mayor Mike Burdge, Vice Mayor Michael Phillips, Councilman Jesse Honn, Councilman James Rankin, administrative staff, employees and citizens attended the Vision2 Public Forum.
