Details: Due to ongoing issues with the Municipal Building (City Hall) elevator, staff requested quotes from four (4) metro-area elevator companies: Otis Elevator Kone Elevators TK Elevators Empire Elevators Only one (1) quote was received from TK Elevators in the amount of $84,192.81.
