MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Sand Springs Municipal Authority Regular Meeting September 27, 2010 – Following City Council Sand Springs Municipal Building 100 East Broadway – Room 211 Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Consent Agenda All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the Trustees to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Trustee may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by Request. A) Approval of the minutes of the August 23, 2010 regular Municipal Authority meeting. B) Approval of the monthly Transfers of Funds. C) Approval of amendments to the FY11 budget to include purchase order, project, and grant rollovers; and fund balance adjustments from FY10 . 4. Correspondence The following correspondence is provided to Trustees for their review and information: A) Regular monthly bills. 6. City Manager’s Report The City Manager will update the Trustees about recent and upcoming events and projects, scheduled events of interest to the Trustees and the general operations of the Municipal Authority. No action is to be taken by the Trustees. 7. New Business – Any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda 8.
