MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, January 17, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Betty Breisch 5-1 Mayme Crawford 5-1 Tim Dixon 6-0 Ed Dubie 5-1 Debbie Nobles 6-0 Cynthia Phillips 4-2 MEMBERS ABSENT: Grady Whitaker 3-3 OTHERS PRESENT: Grant Gerondale Patty Dixon Lisa Echohawk-Doss The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s Office and posted at 3:30pm on January 12, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Nobles called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, here Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (December 20, 2011) Cynthia Phillips made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Betty Breisch seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 Minutes – Cont’d -2- January 18, 2012 4. BILLS (December) – Cynthia Phillips made the motion to approve the bills, as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (December) – Information only – no action taken 6. MUSEUM TRUST (renewal of terms) – Ed Dubie made the motion to renew Tim Dixon’s term (expired 12-31-10), and retain Betty Breisch on the Board until a replacement is found. Cynthia Phillips seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, abstain Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 5-0-1 7. COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS – At this time, assignments will remain the same. Will review at a later date. 8. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (Patty DIxon) – Information only - no action taken 9. MUSEUM COMMITTEE REPORTS – Information only – no action taken 10.
