MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, February 21, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 6-1 Tim Dixon 7-0 Ed Dubie 6-1 Debbie Nobles 7-0 Cynthia Phillips 5-2 Grady Whitaker 4-3 MEMBERS ABSENT: Betty Breisch 5-2 OTHERS PRESENT: Patty Dixon The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 10:30am on February 15, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Nobles called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:06pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, no answer Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (January 17, 2012) Ed Dubie made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, abstain The motion carried 5-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- February 22, 2012 4. BILLS (January) – Grady Whitaker made the motion to approve the bills, as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (January) – Information only – no action taken 6. APPROVAL OF FUNDS FOR CENTENNIAL EVENT – Grady Whitaker made the motion to approve funds for the Centennial Party (not to exceed $500.00), and that it be paid to Patty Dixon (from petty cash). Ed Dubie seconded the motion.
