Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Betty Breisch 6-2 Mayme Crawford 7-1 Tim Dixon 8-0 Ed Dubie 7-1 Debbie Nobles 8-0 Cynthia Phillips 6-2 Grady Whitaker 5-3 MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Patty Dixon The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 9:30am on March 15, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Nobles called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:04pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, here Crawford, no answer Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (February 21, 2012) Ed Dubie made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Cindy Phillips seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, abstain Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 4-0-1 Note: Mayme Crawford arrived the noted time of 6:06pm Minutes – Cont’d -2- March 21, 2012 4. BILLS (February) – Cindy Phillips made the motion to approve the bills, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. FINANCIAL REPORT (February) – Information only – no action taken NOTE: Grady Whitaker arrived at the noted time of 6:14pm 6. DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC RECORD-AUDIO TAPES (Policy CAP12-011) – Cindy Phillips made the motion to approve following the same policy as the City (CAP12-011) regarding disposal of tapes. Betty Breisch seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 7-0-0 7. MEMORIAL BENCH FROM SAND SPRINGS WOMAN’S CLUB – Cindy Phillips made the motion to accept the memorial bench being set at the Museum, with prior approval of placement by the Museum Building Chair person (Mr. Grady Whitaker).
