MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, September 18, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Betty Breisch (3-0) Mayme Crawford (3-0) Tim Dixon (3-0) Ed Dubie (2-1) Debbie Nobles (3-0) Cynthia Phillips (2-1) MEMBERS ABSENT: Grady Whitaker (2-1) OTHERS PRESENT: Patty Dixon Lana Echohawk-Doss Steve Clem The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 4:30pm on September 13, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 5:58pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, here Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (August 21, 2012) Tim Dixon made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Ed Dubie seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 4. BILLS (August) – None Minutes – Cont’d -2- September 19, 2012 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (August) – Information only – no action taken 6. AGREEMENT/RESOLUTION BETWEEN CITY AND MUSEUM – Chairwoman Phillips called for a motion. None was made. Chairwoman Phillips called for a motion a second time. Chairwoman Phillips announced the item fails for lack of a motion. 7. APPROVAL OF 2013 SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the regular meeting schedule for 2013. Betty Breisch seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 8. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE’S – Item not properly described in Agenda, therefore, Chairwoman Phillips announced that the item will be properly presented and considered at the October meeting. 9. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (Patty DIxon) – Written report was distributed to Board Members. Information only - no action taken 10. MUSEUM COMMITTEE REPORTS – a. Tim Dixon Accession/De-Accession b.
