MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, October 16, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford (4-0) Ed Dubie (3-1) Cynthia Phillips (3-1) Grady Whitaker (3-1) MEMBERS ABSENT: Tim Dixon (3-1) Debbie Nobles (3-1) OTHERS PRESENT: Lisa Doss Steve Clem The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 3:30pm on October 11, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:03pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, no answer Dubie, here Nobles, no answer Phillips, here Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (September 18, 2012) Ed Dubie made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, abstain The motion carried 3-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- October 17, 2012 4. BILLS (September) – Grady Whitaker made the motion to approve the bills. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (September) – Information only – no action taken 6. APPROVAL TO PAY HUNTINGTON T. BLOCK ($1,026.00) – This item was already approved under Item 4. 7. APPROVAL OF FUNDS FOR ASSOCIATION EVENT ($100.00) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve funds of $100.00 for a special event planned at the Museum on October 27, 2012. Grady Whitaker seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Phillips, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 8. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE – Ed Dubie made the motion to appoint Vicki Sisney as a Trustee to fill the expired term of Betty Breisch (term to run 2012 to 2017). Mayme Crawford seconded the motion.
