MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, November 20, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford (5-0) Tim Dixon (4-1) Ed Dubie (4-1) Debbie Nobles (4-1) Cynthia Phillips (4-1) Vicki Sisney (1-0) Grady Whitaker (4-1) MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Rocky Rogers Patty Dixon Steve Clem The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 9:00am on November 15, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, no answer Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (October 16, 2012) Grady Whitaker made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Ed Dubie seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, abstain Phillips, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 5-0-1 NOTE: Vicki Sisney arrived at the noted time of 6:01pm Minutes – Cont’d -2- November 21, 2012 4. BILLS (October) – None 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (October) – Information only – no action taken 6. SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve renewal of membership to Oklahoma Historical Society ($70.00) and American Alliance of Museums ($20.00). Ed Dubie seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 7-0-0 7. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (Patty Dixon) – Written report was distributed to Board Members. Information only - no action taken 8. MUSEUM COMMITTEE REPORTS – a. Tim Dixon Accession/De-Accession b. Cynthia Phillips Fundraising Information only – no action taken Per Cynthia Phillips, the Documents Committee and/or the entire board will meet and review the Resolution between City and Museum, 9.
