Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford (6-0) Tim Dixon (5-1) Ed Dubie (5-1) Cynthia Phillips (5-1) MEMBERS ABSENT: Debbie Nobles (4-2) Vicki Sisney (1-1) Grady Whitaker (4-2) OTHERS PRESENT: Rocky Rogers The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 3:00pm on December 12, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:03pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, no answer Phillips, here Sisney, no answer Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (November 20, 2012) Ed Dubie made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 4.
