Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 1-0 Tim Dixon 1-0 Ed Dubie 1-0 Cynthia Phillips 1-0 Vicki Sisney 1-0 Grady Whitaker 1-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Debbie Nobles 0-1 OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones Grant Gerondale DeLana Duvall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, no answer Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer NOTE: Grady Whitaker arrived at the noted time of 6:02pm 3. MINUTES ( November 19, 2013) – Ed Dubie made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye Whitaker, aye  The motion carried 6-0-0 Minutes – Cont’d -2- December 17, 2013 4. BILLS (November) – Bill had already been approved at previous meeting 5. FINANCIALS (November) – Information only – no action taken 6. APPROVAL OF RENTAL AGREEMENT (Museum Trust & SS Chamber) – Tabled until January meeting 7. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT (Museum Trust & City) – Tabled until January meeting 8. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (DeLana Duvall) – Written report was distributed. Information only – no action taken 9. MUSEUM COMMITTEE REPORTS – Information only – no action taken 10.
