Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 2-0 Tim Dixon 2-0 Ed Dubie 2-0 Debbie Nobles 1-1 Cynthia Phillips 2-0 Vicki Sisney 2-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Grady Whitaker 1-1 OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones Grant Gerondale DeLana Duvall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:01pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (December 17, 2013) – Vicki Sisney made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, abstain Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- January 21, 2014 4. BILLS (December) – None 5. FINANCIALS (December) – Information only – no action taken 6. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT (Museum Trust & City)– Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the Agreement between the Museum Trust and City, as presented, and send to City Council for their review and/or consideration. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion.
