Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, no answer Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (February 18, 2014) – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye Whitaker, abstain The motion carried 5-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- March 18, 2014 4. BILLS (February) – None 5. FINANCIALS (February) – Information only – no action taken 6. PROPOSAL OF JOB DUTIES PRIORITY LIST (potential new employee) – Grady Whitaker made the motion to approve the list (with revisions). Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. REQUEST TO EXPAND HOURS OF MUSEUM – Vicki Sisney made the motion to approve expanding Saturday hours of operation to 11:00am-3:00pm (April 19 – August 2). Debbie Nobles seconded the motion. PROPOSAL OF SOLICITATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF NON-COLLECTION RELATED GIFTS POLICIES – Debbie Nobles made the motion to table this item for now. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion.
