Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, no answer Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (May 20, 2014) – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Ed Dubie seconded the motion.
