MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, November 18, 2014 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway - Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 10-1 Tim Dixon 8-3 Ed Dubie 9-2 Debbie Nobles 9-2 Cynthia Phillips 11-0 Vicki Sisney 10-1 Grady Whitaker 5-6 MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones DeLana Duvall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman Dubie called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:02pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman Dubie called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, no answer Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (September 16, 2014) – Cindy Phillips made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. Chairman Dubie called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner. Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, abstain Phillips, aye Whitaker, abstain The motion carried 3-0-2 4. BILLS (October) – None Agenda Cont’d -2- November 18, 2014 5. FINANCIALS (October) – Information only – no action taken 6. DISPOSAL OF OUTDATED GIFT SHOP ITEMS – Debbie Nobles and Claire LaPorte will work as a 2-person committee for this project. Information only – no action taken NOTE: Vicki Sisney arrived at the noted time of 6:18pm 7. APPOINTMENTS OF TRUSTEE’S – Grady Whitaker made the motion to recommend to City Council that: a. Debbie Nobles be reappointed for a 5 year term to December 2019, b. Steve Clem be appointed for a 5 year term to December 2019. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairman Dubie called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner. ELECTION OF SSCHMTA BOARD CHAIRMAN (Remainder of 2013/14FY) – This item was tabled until the December meeting. 9. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (DeLana Duvall) – Written reports were distributed.
