Broadway - Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 1-0 Tim Dixon 1-0 Ed Dubie 1-0 Debbie Nobles 1-0 Vicki Sisney 1-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Cynthia Phillips 0-1 Grady Whitaker 0-1 OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones Dugan Moore Patty Dixon The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman Dubie called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:05pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman Dubie called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, no answer Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (November 18, 2014) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. Chairman Dubie called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner. Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 4. BILLS (November) – Two bills that had been approved at previous meetings Agenda Cont’d -2- December 16, 2014 5. FINANCIALS (November) – Information only – no action taken 6. PROPOSAL TO BUY T-SHIRTS FOR ROGUE’S 5 CONCERT – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve buying T-shirts for resale, with expenses not to exceed $1,000.00. If all of those sell, it was approved that pre- paid orders can be taken and sold. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion.
