Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Cynthia Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:05pm 2. MINUTES (January 20, 2015) – Steve Clem made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion.
