Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Cynthia Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:03pm 2. MINUTES (February 17, 2015) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Tim Dixon seconded the motion.
