Wekiwa Rd. - Sand Springs, OK Room AB - 6:30pm May 2015 to April 2016 MEMBERS PRESENT: Cathy Burdge 2-0 Daniel Comer 2-0 Patty Dixon 2-0 Phil Nollan 2-0 Beau Wilson 1-0 Wendy Wygle 2-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Jennifer Smith 1-1 ALSO PRESENT: Grant Gerondale, Park Director Paula Jones, Recording Secretary Joe Medlin, Landscape Foreman Brian Talley, Director of Golf Daniel Bradley, ACM Janice Almy, City Clerk The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting on May June 1, 2015, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:30pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Dixon, here Nollan, here Smith, no answer Wilson, here Wygle, here 3. INVOCATION – Chairman Cathy Burdge asked Phil Nollan to deliver the invocation. 4. MINUTES (May 7, 2015) – Phil Nollan made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Patty Dixon seconded the motion.
