MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, November 17, 2015 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway - Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Clem 10-1 Mayme Crawford 10-2 Tim Dixon 10-2 Debbie Nobles 10-2 Cynthia Phillips 10-2 Vicki Sisney 4-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Grady Whitaker 7-5 OTHERS PRESENT: Cecilia Coggeshall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Clem, here Crawford, here Dixon, no answer Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (October 20, 2015) – Vicki Sisney moved to approve the Minutes, as presented. Seconded by Debbie Nobles. Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Clem, aye Crawford, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 NOTE: Tim Dixon arrived at the noted time of 6:03pm 4. SCHEDULE OF REGULAR LMEETINGS (2016 ) – Debbie Nobles moved to approve the 2016 Schedule of regular meetings. Seconded by Steve Clem Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Clem, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 7. PROPOSAL TO MAKE ROUTE 66 EXHIBIT A TRAVELING EXHIBIT – Vicki Sisney moved to approve making the Route 66 a traveling exhibit, and appointed Steve Clem to be the Chair person of this exhibit. Seconded by Tim Dixon. Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Clem, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 8. DECLARATION OF VACANCY – Mayme Crawford moved to declare a vacancy by expired term of Tim Dixon, and the notification of the presiding officer of the Sand Springs City Council of such vacancy. Seconded by Vicki Sisney. REQUEST FOR BUDGET TRANSFERS – a. Mayme Crawford moved to approve transferring $2,000.00 from reserve fund to resale line item. Seconded by Debbie Nobles b. Vicki Sisney moved to approve transferring $5,200.00 from reserve fund to personal service line item. Seconded by Steve Clem.
