Wekiwa Rd. - Sand Springs, OK Room AB - 6:30pm May 2014 to April 2015 MEMBERS PRESENT: Cathy Burdge 7-0 Daniel Comer 5-2 Patty Dixon 4-3 Phil Nollan 7-0 Jennifer Smith 6-1 MEMBERS ABSENT: Harold Neal 5-2 Wendy Wygle 3-1 ALSO PRESENT: Paula Jones, Recording Secretary Jeff Edwards, Facilities Manager Joe Medlin, Landscape Foreman Brian Talley, Golf Manager The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting on January 5, 2015, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 10:30am on December 30, 2014, on the digital display board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:34pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Dixon, here Neal, no answer Nollan, here Smith, no answer Wygle, no answer 3. INVOCATION – Chairman Cathy Burdge asked Patty Dixon to deliver the invocation. 4. MINUTES (November 3 & December 1, 2014) – Phil Nollan made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Daniel Comer seconded the motion. Chairman Cathy Burdge called for the vote recorded as follows: Burdge, aye Comer, aye Dixon, aye Nollan, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 Agenda – Cont’d -2- January 5, 2015 NOTE: Jennifer Smith arrived at the noted time of 6:40pm 5.
