Wekiwa Rd. - Sand Springs, OK Room AB - 6:30pm May 2014 to April 2015 MEMBERS PRESENT: Cathy Burdge 9-0 Daniel Comer 7-2 Patty Dixon 6-3 Phil Nollan 8-1 MEMBERS ABSENT: Harold Neal 6-3 Jennifer Smith 7-2 Wendy Wygle 4-2 ALSO PRESENT: Grant Gerondale, Park Director Paula Jones, Recording Secretary Jeff Edwards, Facilities Manager Joe Medlin, Landscape Foreman Brian Talley, Director of Golf Kay Dardenne, SS Round-Up Carolyn Thompson, SS Softball Kevin King, SS Soccer Greg Cordell, SS Baseball The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting on March 2, 2015, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:35pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Dixon, here Neal, no answer Nollan, here Smith, no answer Wygle, no answer 3. INVOCATION – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, asked Patty Dixon to deliver the invocation. Minutes – Cont’d -2- March 3, 2015 4. MINUTES (February 2, 2015) – Jennifer Smith made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Patty Dixon seconded the motion. Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for the vote recorded as follows: Burdge, aye Comer, aye Dixon, aye Nollan, age The motion carried 6-0-0 5. SAND SPRINGS ROUND-UP CLUB (2015 Calendar) – Kay Dardenne was present. She handed out the SSRU Calendar of events for 2015. Information only – no action taken 6. USE AGREEMENTS – A. Sand Springs Youth Baseball B. Sand Springs Soccer Club & West Side Alliance C. Sand Springs Softball Association Cathy Burdge made the motion to approve the Use Agreements for Baseball, Soccer and Softball, as presented. Patty Dixon seconded the motion. Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for the vote recorded as follows: Burdge, aye Comer, aye Dixon, aye Nollan, age The motion carried 4-0-0 7. DIRECTOR’S REPORT – Staff and Board discussed the potential name change of River City Park. Information only – no action will be taken. 8.
