Wekiwa Rd. - Sand Springs, OK Room AB - 6:30pm May 2015 to April 2016 MEMBERS PRESENT: Cathy Burdge 3-0 Daniel Comer 3-0 Kathe Crapster 1-0 Beau Wilson 2-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Phil Nollan 2-1 Jennifer Smith 1-2 Wendy Wygle 2-1 ALSO PRESENT: Grant Gerondale, Park Director Paula Jones, Recording Secretary Joe Medlin, Landscape Foreman Brian Talley, Director of Golf Elizabeth Gray, City Manager The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting on May July 6, 2015, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:31pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Crapster, here Nollan, no answer Smith, no answer Wilson, here Wygle, no answer 3. INVOCATION – Chairman Cathy Burdge asked Beau Wilson to deliver the invocation. 4. MINUTES (June 1, 2015) – Beau Wilson made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Daniel Comer seconded the motion.
