Joe Medlin, Parks Superintendent Brian Talley, Director of Golf The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:30pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Crapster, no answer Nollan, here Smith, here Wilson, here Wygle, here 3. INVOCATION – Chairman Cathy Burdge asked Beau Wilson to deliver the invocation. 4. MINUTES (October 5, 2015) – Phil Nollan made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Jennifer Smith seconded the motion.
