Call to order Phil Nollan, Chairman, called to order the regular meeting of the Sand Spring Economic Development Authority (herein known as SSEDA) at 4:30 p.m., Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce; Conference Room at 109 N. Vacation of Deed of Dedication and Release of Restrictive Covenants; On motion of Brent Kellogg, seconded by Kenny Tate, Trustees to authorize Phil Nollan as Chairman to sign Deed to Vacate the Deed of Dedication and Release of Restrictive Covenants on behalf of SSEDA to clear title for sale of former Rader property to Webco Industries, Inc. Corrected General Warranty Deed-former Rader Site property, On motion of Judy Treat, seconded by Brent Kellogg, Trustees agreed to approve a Corrected General Warranty Deed, Trustees authorize Phil Nollan as Chairman to execute Corrected General Warranty Deed as it relates to the former Rader property under contract SSEDA to Webco Industries, regarding Tract D.
