ANIMAL CONTROL ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA
May 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Animal Control Advisory Committee of the City
of Sandy Oaks, Texas will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. 22870 Priest Road, Sandy Oaks,
Texas. All agenda items are subject to action.
The City of Sandy Oaks will also provide a livestream video and telephonic access of the meeting through
the link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6717793635 and Meeting ID 671 779 3635 or by dialing in to any the

A recording of the telephonic meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with
the Texas Public Information Act upon written request.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Citizens to be heard. Persons wishing to speak may sign up with the Chairperson at least 1 hour in
advance of the meeting by emailing dmartinez@cityofsandyoaks.com or calling (210) 760-3280.
This item allows the public to address the Animal Control Advisory Committee on issues affecting
the community and the City. This item will be open for up to 30 minutes with 3 minutes to each
speaker. If there are more than 10 speakers, each will be given 2 minutes.

5. Presentation of Animal Control March reports by ACO Ellis. (Martinez)
6. Discuss and/or possible action on a presenting to Council a proposed amendment to Ordinance
2019-127. (Martinez)
7. Discuss and/or possible action on completing the Animal Control Department Policy and Procedure
manual. (Martinez)
8. Discuss and/or possible action on inactive members. (Martinez)
9. Adjourn.

Hall on or before the 6th of May 2022 by 6:30 P.M. and notice remained posted continuously for
