CITY OF SANDY OAKS PARK ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA November 16, 2021 . Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Sandy Oaks Park Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, located at 22870 Priest Rd, Sandy Oaks, Texas 78112 for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The City of Sandy Oaks will also provide a livestream video and telephonic access of the meeting through the link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6717793635 and Meeting ID 671 779 3635 or by dialing in to any the following phone numbers: (346) 248-7799, (669) 900-6833, (929) 205-6099, (253) 215-8782, or (301) 715-8592. The public will be permitted to offer public comments in person, telephonically or by video as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting by signing up with the City Secretary at least 15 minutes in advance of the meeting, if providing comments in person and at least two hours in advance of the meeting by emailing cityclerk@cityofsandyoaks.com or by calling (210) 607-0834 if speaking telephonically or by video. Written comments may be submitted to the City Secretary up to two hours before the meeting by emailing cityclerk@cityofsandyoaks.com and will be provided to the City Council for their consideration. Discuss and/or possible action on updates and issues from the community center. (Sarmiento) 7. Discuss and/or possible action on the status of the commercial refrigerator for the community center. (Repino/Fillinger) 8. Discuss and/or possible action on the status of door repairs for the park rest rooms. (All) 9. Discuss and/or possible action on citizen concerns about restroom sanitation and hours of operation. (All) 10.
