CITY OF SANDY OAKS PARK ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA September 6, 2022 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Sandy Oaks Park Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 22870 Priest Road Sandy Oaks, Texas and by telephonic video conferencing for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The public may participate in this meeting by using the link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6717793635 and Meeting ID 671 779 3635 or by dialing in to any the following phone numbers: (346) 248-7799, (669) 900-6833. When requested, enter Meeting ID 671 779 3635. The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically or by audio as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting. Written questions or comments may be submitted to the Chairperson up to two hours before the meeting by emailing trepino@cityofsandyoaks.com. 1. Call to order and quorum call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Citizens to be heard. 4. Discuss and possible action on the committee’s ideas for park signage. (Repino) 5. Discuss and possible action on updates and issues from the community center. (Sarmiento) 6. Discuss and possible action on status of survey of citizen ideas they have for additional uses for the park. (Repino/Fillinger) 7. Discuss and possible action on progress to upgrade and expand the play area. (Repino) 8. Update on Park’s lighting initiative. (Repino) 9. Open discussion regarding any additional ideas or concerns regarding Park activities and care of Park. (Fillinger/Repino) 10. Adjourn.
