1. ZONE-03-17- Mr. Preston Naylor, with NFM Real Estate, is requesting the City Council to
5225 approve a rezone approximately 5.68 acres from the 1 acre from the R-1-8
“Residential Single-Family District” to the RM(10) “Residential Multi-Family
District” for the subject property, located at approximately 350 East 9000
South, known as the 300 East Townhomes Rezone - ZONE-03-17-5225.

Mike Wilcox from the Community Development Department presented the agenda item.
Scott Cowdell gave his approval of the Historic Committee's letter of recommendation.
A motion was made by Scott Cowdell, seconded by Linda Martinez Saville, to
adopt Ordinance 17-19, rezoning approximately 1 acres from the R-1-8
"Residental Single-Family District" to the RM(10) "Residential Multi-Family
District". located at approximately 350 East 9000 South; also providing a saving
clause and an effective date for the ordinance. ... The motion carried by the
following vote:

No: 1- Maren Barker
2. 17-178 The Community Development Department is recommending that the City
Council approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Home
Investment Partnership Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2018 through
2020.

Council questions were addressed.
A motion was made by Chris McCandless, seconded by Linda Martinez Saville, to
adopt Resolution 17- 37C, that the City Council authorize Mayor Tom Dolan to
sign the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Home Investment Partnership
Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2018 through 2020... The motion carried by the
following vote:
