PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA SEPTEMBER 23, 2025, 6:00 PM NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM HISTORIC CHURCH BUILDING - 403 N 7TH STREET, SANGER, TEXAS In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given that a Possible Quorum of the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Capital Improvements Advisory Committee of the City of Sanger, Texas, may take place on September 23, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the Historic Church Building, 403 N 7th Street, Sanger, TX 76266. The Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Capital Improvements Advisory Committee of the City of Sanger may be in a quorum for a public meeting conducted by engineering firm Kimley-Horn to view and learn about the Marion Road reconstruction project. There will be no action taken by the City of Sanger Boards.
