Two Board members were present but did not participate in any discussion or action. This was a joint work session with the 4B Development Corporation. Presentation and discussion by Civic Solutions regarding the launch of the Steering Committee for the Economic Development Strategic Plan, including review of the project work plan, setting priorities, and gathering early insight on Sanger’s strengths and challenges. Steven Pedigo and Laura Huffman of Civic Solutions presented the launch of the Steering Committee and provided an overview of the work plan. A discussion was held.
