CITY OF SANSOM PARK City Council Meeting Agenda Special Called Session – 12:00 p.m. December 9, 2019 The Sansom Park City Council will hold a Special Called Session at 12:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5705 Azle Avenue, Sansom Park, Texas on Monday, December 9, 2019. This meeting is open to the public and subject to the Open Meeting Act. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Council may convene an Executive Session at any time during the meeting as deemed necessary to obtain advice from the City Attorney regarding any posted agenda item. Discuss and consider approval of a bid award for the 45th Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Beverly Hills Drive Sanitary Sewer Line project received from Reytech Services for the total base bid amount of $135,790.14.
