CITY OF SANSOM PARK City Council Meeting Agenda SPECIAL CALLED SESSION – 12:15pm Tuesday, June 29, 2021 The Sansom Park City Council will hold a Special Called Session at 12:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5705 Azle Avenue, Sansom Park, Texas on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. This meeting is open to the public and subject to the Open Meeting Act. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Council may convene an Executive Session at any time during the meeting as deemed necessary to obtain advice from the City Attorney regarding any posted agenda item. Consider approval of the regular meeting minutes from June 3, 2021, as presented. 2. Review and accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the 2nd Quarter ending March 31, 2021. III. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1a. Hold a public hearing to receive public input or comments on Case No. RP-21-01 for a replat of Lot 15 and Lot 16, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition into one lot of 0.212 acres as Lot 16R, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition being a replat of Lot 16 and the east 24 feet of Lot 15, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition, City of Sansom Park, Tarrant County, Texas. The property is zoned SF-5 Single-Family Residential District and located at 3201 Biway Street, Sansom Park, Texas. 1b. Discuss and consider approval of Case No. RP-21-01 for a replat of Lot 15 and Lot 16, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition into one lot of 0.212 acres as Lot 16R, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition being a replat of Lot 16 and the east 24 feet of Lot 15, Block 51, Robertson Hunter Addition, City of Sansom Park, Tarrant County, Texas. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Receive an update from Jay Narayana of Livable Plans and Codes on the corridor and zoning plan for Hwy 199. V. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution No. 1077-21 a Resolution of the City of Sansom Park declaring certain property as surplus to the city’s needs; authorizing its sale to the City of Pelican Bay Police Department; providing an effective date. 2. Discuss and consider adoption of Ordinance No. 580-21 an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Sansom Park, Texas, Repealing and Replacing Ordinance No. 420-07 Establishing Rules and Regulations regarding Sanitation and Pollution control of the areas in proximity to the City’s Public Water Supply Wells.
