CITY OF SANSOM PARK City Council Meeting Agenda SPECIAL CALLED SESSION – 5:30pm Monday, July 12, 2021 The Sansom Park City Council will hold a Special Called Session at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5705 Azle Avenue, Sansom Park, Texas on Monday, July 12, 2021. This meeting is open to the public and subject to the Open Meeting Act. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Council may convene an Executive Session at any time during the meeting as deemed necessary to obtain advice from the City Attorney regarding any posted agenda item. Consider approval of the special called meeting minutes from June 29, 2021, as presented. III. NEW BUSINESS 1. TABLED FROM JUNE 29, 2021 Discuss and consider approval of Case No. RP-20-01 for a replat of Lot 13, Block 14, Broadview Acres composed of 0.317 acres into two lots, 0.151 and 0.166 acres respectively, as Lot 13R1 and Lot 13R2, Broadview Acres, City of Sansom Park, Tarrant County, Texas. The property is zoned SF-6 Single-Family Residential District and located at 5701 Waddell Street, Sansom Park, Texas. 2. Discuss and consider the reappointment of Judge Matthew Hudman as the Sansom Park Court of Record Associate Judge.
