CITY OF SANSOM PARK City Council Meeting Agenda SPECIAL CALLED SESSION – 1:30pm Wednesday, December 8, 2021 The Sansom Park City Council will hold a Special Called Session at 1:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5705 Azle Avenue, Sansom Park, Texas on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. This meeting is open to the public and subject to the Open Meeting Act. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Council may convene an Executive Session at any time during the meeting as deemed necessary to obtain advice from the City Attorney regarding any posted agenda item. SPECIAL CALLED SESSION – 1:30 PM I. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL Call to order and announce a quorum is present. II. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Consider approval of the special called meeting minutes from November 18, 2021, as presented. III. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discuss and consider approval of an Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Engineering Services for the Skyline Drive Project, with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for the Reconstruction of Skyline Drive from just North of Buchanan to Azle Ave. and authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement. 2. Discuss and consider approval of an Engagement Letter for Audit Services with BrooksWatson & Co., Certified Public Accountants, beginning September 30, 2021- 2023 and authorize the City Administrator to execute said Engagement Letter for Services.
