Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for storm pump preventative maintenance inspection services and repair with Shape, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $350,000 over a five-year term subject to annual appropriations; and 3. Award the Public Works Contract for the Bowers and Machado Parks Playground Rehabilitation Project (CE 17-18-14) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Redwood Construction and Equipment, Inc., in the amount of $1,169,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all documents associated with, and necessary for the award, completion, and acceptance of this Project; and 2. Adopt a resolution approving and certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) and adopting CEQA Findings, a Statement of Overriding Considerations (SOC) and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) 2. Adopt a resolution approving the rezoning from Planned Development (PD) to Planned Development (PD) to allow the development of 165 affordable senior apartments, 160 multi-family mixed-income apartments, and 36 townhouses 3.
