Resolution R-26-69 a Resolution authorizing the issuance of a purchase order to Midwest Public Risk for the renewal of the non-electric utility General Liability Insurance Policy for the City of Coffeyville to be effective July 1, 2025 through July 1, 2026. 3. Resolution R-26-70 a Resolution authorizing submission of an application to the Assistance Firefighters Grant Program for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus replacement and commit the required local match. 4. Ordinance G-26-06 an Ordinance incorporating by reference the Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas Cities, Edition of 2026; providing certain penalties; amending Chapter 28, Article 1, Section 28-2 of the Code of Ordinances; and repealing Ordinance No. G-24-04 and any other conflicting ordinances or parts thereof. 5. Ordinance G-26-07 an Ordinance regulating traffic within the corporate limits of the City of Coffeyville, Kansas; incorporating by reference the Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities, Edition of 2026; providing certain penalties; amending Chapter 40, article I, Section 40-2 of the Code of Ordinances; and repealing Ordinance No. G-24-05 and any and all conflicting ordinances or parts thereof. Comments shall be limited to 3 minutes unless extended by a vote of the majority of the Commission. The Commission does not hear matters involving litigation or City Personnel.
