Recommendation: Staff recommends the Historical and Landmarks Commission forward a recommendation to the Architectural Committee, that the project design is generally consistent with the City’s Single-Family and Duplex Residential Design Guidelines and is compatible with the neighborhood design, subject the following condition: 1. The as-installed front door with sidelight window shall be replaced with a new all wood door reduced in size with no sidelight.
