Micro Communities presentation (Kristen Woods, Youth and Family Services Program Manager) A presentation was provided about the upcoming expansion of micro communities in Santa Fe. b. HSC small grant update An update was provided on the small grant award grantees, amounts awarded and next steps. c. Human Services Grantee end of year updates (Aspen Solutions) Updates were provided on the HSC grantee end of year reporting and updates shared by grantees. 6. Action Items 7. Discussion Items 8.
