CALL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the Santa Fe MPO Technical Coordinating Committee was called to order by Bryce Gibson, Chair, at 1:30 pm, on Monday, October 20, 2025, and was held virtually. 2. ROLL CALL MEMBERS Jennifer Morrow, City of Santa Fe Rhonda Lopez, NMDOT Romella Glorioso Moss, City of Santa Fe Daniel Alvarado, City of Santa Fe Ryan Ward, Santa Fe County Brett Clavio, Santa Fe County Jacqueline Beam, Santa Fe County Lt. Governor Louie Herna, Tesuque Pueblo Bryce Gibson, NCRTD, Chair (One vacancy) OTHERS PRESENT Eric Aune, MPO Leah Yngve, MPO A quorum of the members was present. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made and seconded to approve the agenda. The motion passed on a voice vote. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES This item was postponed. 5. PRESENTATIONS MPO TCC October 20, 2025 Page 1  None. 6. ACTION ITEMS A. RELEASE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW: AMENDMENT 9 TO THE TIP Ms. Yngve presented the action item. A motion was made and seconded to approve the release for public review, Amendment 9 to the TIP. 7. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. AGENCY PROJECT UPDATES Agency updates were given by the MPO staff and members of the TCC. 8. MATTERS FROM STAFF Updates were given my MPO staff. 9. MATTERS FROM THE COMMITTEE None. 10. MATTERS FROM THE CHAIR None. 11. NEXT MEETING The next meeting will be on Monday, November 17 th, at 1:30 pm. 12.
